All our staff are committed, highly motivated and approachable. We strive to provide a happy, homely, learning and caring environment. Our staff have all undergone the mandatory enhanced DBS checks which enable them to work with children. We feel professional development is an extremely important factor in our team. We regularly attend a wide variety of training to keep our knowledge up to date. Our staffing ratios are inline with the national standards for full day care.

I have many years experience within the childcare sector, many of which have involved managerial roles. I am qualified to level 3 in early years and education and level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care Children and Young People. Previous to childcare, I worked within the care sector for 11 years, many of those at management level where I gained vast amounts of experience dealing with a wide range of individual needs. I also have experience of working with children that have additional needs including children within the autistic spectrum.
I have many years experience within the Childcare sector. I am qualified to level 3 in Early Years and Education and Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care Children and Young People. Previous to childcare I spent 13 years in retail management. This involved operational responsibilities including managing and developing a team of staff to ensure we delivered customer satisfaction.
I have been employed by Little Butterflies since May 2012. After a lot of hard work and commitment I am now the Deputy Manager. I love working with our small team and enjoy creating a fun, exciting and homely environment in which the children can to learn and grow
I have my level 3 in Childcare. I love working at Little Butterflies and being part of a lovely team. It is so fulfilling caring for children and watching them develop whilst having fun!
I have worked at Little Butterflies Childcare Ltd since September 2015. I qualified in 1992 obtaining an NNEB diploma and I have over 20 years experience working in childcare. I am very pleased to be part of an amazing team with such high dedication.
I have worked at Little Butterflies since October 2016. I am fully qualified as an Early Years Educator. I find my role really rewarding and love to watch the children develop and flourish!
I completed my level 2 Childcare qualification whilst I was at school and completed my Health and Social Care in sixth form. I am now completing my level 3 qualification in Childcare as I have always had a passion for working with children.
