Summer 2017 newsletter

Welcome to the Summer 2017 edition of our newsletter.

Welcome to our Summer newsletter

Grab yourself a cuppa, sit down and enjoy reading our Summer newsletter. As we approach the end of our Summer term we feel saddened to be losing so many of our older children, as they leave to go to school nursery and reception. It is lovely to see how they have developed into confident, resilient, independent young children. We feel very proud to have been part of their Early Year's journey and wish them all the luck in the world for the future.

People Who Help Us

We have been learning all about People who help us, we enjoyed a visit from our local community Police Officers. We enjoyed finding out about the role of a police officer. Before our visit we thought that Police Officers just " went after baddies" but we found out about all the different things they do. We had fun role playing in the clothes they had brought for us and even had a try of the hand cuffs and truncheon!

Baby news

In April we were pleased to announce the safe arrival of baby Anae, we wish Jaime all the best and hope to have her back soon.

Warm weather

We love to get out and about, especially in the nice weather. In the Summer holidays we are hoping to go on regular outings, please can you aim to arrive on time with your child as our time schedules will be tight due to pick up times. Please provide your child with sun cream, a sun hat, a light/ waterproof jacket. Thank you for your continued support.

Naming of clothing

Often our children come into nursery wearing similar clothing. Please could we ask for your support in labelling all of your child's clothing in order to avoid them going missing or getting mixed up.

A few reminders
